  • Payment Data: We use a third-party payment processor (Lemon Squeezy). We do not store your credit card details on our servers. Payment processing is subject to Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy.
  • Scan Data: We collect data about products you scan, including barcodes, product names, and ingredients. This information is used to provide our service and improve ingredient analysis.
  • Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the app, including features accessed, scan frequency, and app performance metrics.
  • Technical Data: IP address, device type, operating system, app version, and error logs for security and troubleshooting purposes.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent:

  • Service Delivery: Creating accounts, authenticating users, and providing access to product scanning and analysis features.

Our infrastructure is hosted on Google Cloud Platform with industry-standard security practices. However, please remember that no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized intrusion.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. You can delete your account at any time, which will remove your personal data from our systems within 30 days, except for data we are required to retain for legal or legitimate business purposes.
